Cable accessories
Cable accessories are used to distribute the main cables in order to connect them with the power leads or signal leads of railway traffic management system devices (point machines, signal lights etc.). There are cable terminal boxes, cable protective boxes. Available types depending on: quantity of cable inlets, quantity of terminal blocks.
Impedance bond
Used to transmit the return direct current through track insulated section. It is like a transformer with built-in resonant circuit allowing the signal alternating current to freely flow. Installed close by the track, connected to the rails with impedance bond conductors. Rated traction current: 1000 A.
Track magnet
It is the element of a single point automatic train braking system. It is installed onto the rail and cooperates with the another magnet installed on the
railway engine.
Point machine
Used to set the points and derailers into the required position. It is the older generation electric point machine of relatively simple and reliable structure. Specifications: over 10.000 installations on the Polish railways, throwing force: 3,5 - 4,4 kN, retaining force: 4,5 kN, 230V AC, 136V DC.
Support for point machine
Used to install the point machine onto the turnout firmly, providing the reliabilty of connection its bars with elements of the turnout. The support is composed of brackets, adapter and rods (throwing rod and detection rods). Offered in number of modifications adapted for any model of point machine and turnout. Adapted to all point machines, that are currently used on Polish Railways. Possible variants depending on types of turnouts, sleepers and any other conditions on the tracks.
Derailer
Used to stop or derail the railway rolling stock to prevent against moving out the permitted zone. Installed directly onto the rail, independetly on type
of sleepers. Possible variants depending on derailing direction: left, right. Individual types adapted to following sizes of rails: 49E1 (S49), 54E1 (UIC54), 60E1 (UIC60).
Mechanical coupling of clamp lock
Used for turnouts with two or three clamp locks driven with a single point machine. It mechanically connects the first clamp lock with the next clamp locks resulting in setting them simultaneously in required position. Possible variants adapted to every type of turnout and point machine, that is currently used on Polish Railways.
Universal point lock
Used for emergency closing of points. Closes the switch blade in retracted or pushed towards position. Installed directly onto the stock rail. Universal device adapted to the following sizes of rails: S42, 49E1 (S49), 60E1 (UIC60).
